Looking to refinance investment property with Green Tree Lending Service and submitted personal information almost a month ago. The company took all loan information from my partner and myself and has not responded back to any of our call concerning the process. We are told that if another loan agent take over he/she would have to conduct another credit check and basically start the process all over which would not be good for our credit scores.
