He spoke with my husband before he got the permission from me to discuss the matters of the account - the kind of debt and settlement ). He also brought his manager on the line - - and I Spoke with him starting at -. He brought up other debts as well but never address the privacy violation of his associate but continued to try to collect. The rep went against privacy acts and FDCPA rules and never addressed the concern. They stated the call would be monitored and recorded, so they should have the call in their records.
