Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Tennessee
I recently pulled my credit report and discovered that this company has reported that I owe them a debt. I never received a letter from them indicating that owed them, therefore I was not afforded my right to validation under statue 809 ( a ) of the FDCPA.
