I rented an apartment at - - in -, Florida for over two years. I always paid my rent on time. I gave over sixty ( 60 ) days notice that I was moving out. This was over a year ago. - - is trying to claim I owe them money. I do not owe them any money. They never refunded my deposit. I did not damage the apartment in anyway. - and - - will not remove the item from my credit report. I spoke with the office manager at - -, and - - at - - -. They told me good luck on ever renting another apartment if I did n't pay them money. They are trying to blackmail me and extort money from me that I do not owe them. They even agreed with me that I was never late on any rent payments, and that I gave them sufficient notice when I moved out. However, they will not remove the item from my credit report unless I pay them money.
