Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Ohio

Took out an auto loan/truck repossessed in 2001/never heard anything else from these people/have applied for credit/had nothing ..literally nothing on my credit report/then about maybe a month..out of no where i received something where I owed them with all of this interest out of no where ... no other paperwork or anything/I recently had - ... so was n't up to par and I guess I did n't respond in time then a couple weeks later a judgment was made ... we are talking - YEARS LATER..there has to be statue of limitations here that have been violated ... I need help desperately ... and do n't know where to turn
