INTRODUCTORY RATE OFFERS WAS MISLEADING. DID NOT DISCLOSE ALL FEES. STATES 0 % INTRODUCTORY RATE FOR BALANCE TRANSFERS. BUT THEY CHARGED A 3 % TRANSACTION FEE WHICH IS NOT DISCLOSED ANYWHERE ON THE OFFER PAGE. HAD I KNOWN OF THIS UNDISCLOSED FEE I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THE TRANSFER.
