Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease Colorado

I leased a vehicle from - - and now would like to purchase the vehicle. My lease contract states N/A for a purchase option fee at the end of the lease. Now they are trying to charge me a $590.00 processing fee that was not disclosed or agreed to at the time of the initial lease. I would appreciate any help you can give.
