On - -, 2015 I have received a phone call. It was an automated call saying that I have to call back, because it is a legal matter and if I dont call back I will be penalized and sued in the court. I called back to the provided number only to find that it was a collection agency that said I have to pay them now, I checked my credit report and turns out that an old bank account had put m eon collection for $140.00 total but the collection agency requested over one thousand dollars from me. They said that I have to pay now or go to court because they already filed a lawsuit with the court. They also suggested that if I ca n't sign for the papers today ( that same day ) I can call a number to change the delivery date. I called that number and they sent me to talk to the manager. He cursed at me, used unbelievable profanity and requested that I pay them now. I said that I dont even know who they were, what account I owed money for and that they need to send me papers to see along with advertised lawsuit that was filed '' by the collection agency. They just hanged up on me. I called back and that same person again used profanity against me, when all I wanted to know who they were and some proof on the amount they requested. He then threatened me that he will sue me and that I will go to court.
