U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Key bank transferred my balance to Elan Financial and rate went from 9 % to 15.99 % ... I have not been using this card and working to pay off the balance ... .Never late ..maybe once a few days and most often pay overlimit ... Trying to pay off still owe $10000.00. not aware ofthe ability of them to just raise the rate but read hear maybe not correct?
