I want to hereby denounce Eastern Account System Inc. for continuing to violate the FDCPA and Experian for continuing to violate the FCRA. Eastern Account System Inc. On - -, 2015 I wrote to Eastern Account System to dispute the account being reported by them on my - credit report, and I requested DEBT VALIDATION under FDCPA Section 809 - Validation of debts [ 15 USC 1692g ]. ( Letter enclosed ) Eastern Account System responded by sending a copy of a computer statement printout. ( Answer and computer printout enclosed ) A computer statement is not a Validation of Debt, and once again I demanded that the collection agency obtain verification of the debt. Eastern Account System responded with the exact same computer statement printout. ( Answer and computer printout enclosed ).
