U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I often check my account online to make sure payments are made and everything looks good. Little did I know that I was being charged a late fee every month, for the last 8 months and now my credit has been very negatively effected. US bank failed to show accurate information on the website such as fees on their posted transactions section. I only found out when I checked my credit report.
