I am a victim of identity theft. Barclays Bank Delaware opened an unauthorized credit card in my name using personal information. My credit report shows Barclays Bank Delaware made an unauthorized credit inquire on -/-/-, then sent me a billing state for unauthorized charges totaling $4.00. The identity theft has been reported the - Reporting Company disputing the Barclays Bank Delaware account was made on -/-/- and a fraud alert has been placed on the account. I want CFPB to prosecute Barclay for fraud and theft and any other relief deemed proper.
