Title loan Charged fees or interest I didn't expect California

I started a new loan with Wilshire consumer credit in - of - payments were $180.00 per month the loan amount was $2500.00. I kept looking at my statements and the balance never really changed I spoke to a loan agent and apparently my interest rate is 75 % since - - my total payments is over a $1000.00 and only $140.00 went to the principal. I did not know this till I called last week. That type of interest rate mean I wont be able to pay this off till - or -. I believe this to be abuse.
