A kross, Lieberman & Stone representative, - -, initiating contact about a debt their company is attempting to collect on - -, 2015. - - identified the debt as - - -. On that day, I informed - - not to contact me at my place of employment ; and that the debt is being disputed. - -, the representative the company refused to give me her information, spoke in a threatening and belittling manner. She contacted me by phone again on - -, 2015, at my place of employment. The agent, - -, was again instructed not to contact me at my place of employment. - - then proceeded to call back an additional time on - -, 2015, and requested my employers fax number. - - later proceeded to contact my office yet again by faxing over an employment verification request, which I did not authorize. The request revealed my entire Social Security number and personal information. The harassment needs to cease immediately. I 've requested the company to stop all communication with me and with this address and any phone numbers you have listed in regards to this debt. The lack of professionalism and harassment - - displayed on the phone is the reason I am filing this complaint. I also requested that the comapnys records reflect that I have disputed having any obligation for this debt. If they forward or return this debt to another company, please indicate to them that it is disputed. If you report it to a credit bureau ( or have already done so ), also report that the debt is disputed.
