I.Q. Data International, Inc. Debt collection department,

I attempted to resolved this debt with this company and they wanted the whole amount which I could not afford at the time. The lady that spoke to me was very rude and told me that if I did n't settled this right away with her that she would not accept any other offer. I since called back on -/-/- and I was told by - at - - that I had to pay $900.00 today in order for them to accept my payments for six months. When I left my apartment in -/-/- I was being harassed by neighbors and also given a written notice to vacate the premises because my rent was 2 weeks late. i left the apartment before being served and now they are coming after me with the collection agency that is charging me interest every month. I need to be able to pay them and also maintain my current bills. The Collection company is - - - - - - - - - -, WA - i owed he apartment complex were I previously lived $3800.00 now my bill is $4500.00. and climbing. Please five me some advise. Thank you
