- has placed me into collection for a bill they have not even sent to me yet. I ended my service with them on - -, and have yet to receive my final bill from them. However, I received a call today ( - - ) from a company purporting to be a debt collection agency called Southwest Credit Services, with whom I have never had any interaction previously. This person told me that - has placed me into collection for a $52.00 dollar bill that I have not received.
