I have never received a bill from the original creditor and do n't know why I owe this much money. I sent a letter to the collection agency to get information about this debt including the last billing statement that shows why they believe I owe this money. I did n't hear anything back from the collection agency so I called them earlier this month. I was told that they will not send out anything to me and asked me to pay the full amount. I do not want to pay anything if I 'm not given proper documentation as to why I am paying it.
