Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Oklahoma

I received a call from - a debt collection company stated I owed $4900.00 to - -, to which I informed the debt collector I did not. I was not given FDCPA, no any disclosures, I asked them to not contact me again as I did not owe any debt to - - and also asked for validation of the debt. to which has yet to be provided, after asking them not to contact me again and to cease collections efforts on - - a debt collection letter was sent to me via mail.
