I was not given FDCPA, no any disclosures, I asked them to not contact me again as I did not owe any debt to - - and also asked for validation of the debt. to which has yet to be provided, after asking them not to contact me again and to cease collections efforts on - - a debt collection letter was sent to me via mail. ... |
NorthStar Technologies Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine May 11, 2015 - I was sent by my company - - - out of -, Oklahoma to be fitted for prescription safety glasses. The exam, and glasses were to be paid by the company as they had an account with the provider. All employees were allowed - pair a year. After about - weeks the company shut down that yard, and I 'm assuming did n't pay the bill. They are now contacting me and placing derogatory remarks on my credit report. ... |
