Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Nevada

Collection agency in question has failed to respond to debt verification via telephone and written correspondence. Agency has informed me that they will continue to asses fees onto original amount due ; although I have not heard from agency in over one month. Their practices seem to be very predatory ; I would like some form of explanation and clarity and complete removal from my credit profile.
