Mortgage False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Georgia

This Debt Collectors ( STATE HOME MORTGAGE ) Attorney - & -, went to the Courthouse Steps and Foreclosed upon property that they did not verify nor validate, and allowed, a third party purchaser to buy something that was Rescinded on -/-/-, and they purportedly sold the property in -/-/-. They did not have any standing to do that because the transaction was rescinded. They only ignored it and then the THIRD PARTY DEBT COLLECTOR ( STATE HOME MORTGAGE ), sent communication stating that the Property was paid for. The Attorney ( - - - ) sent an acknowledgment, waiver and release agreement for $22.00, - to release them from being responsible for their error. They should never had gone to the Courthouse Steps and become the beneficiary of my Estate ( - - - - ), I never gave them permission to do any of that.!!!!!!!
