LendingTree, Inc Mortgage department,

Lending Tree is advertising 3.750 % APR 30 year fixed rates today and I work in the mortgage business and know full well there is no way that they could deliver that rate today. I have saved a copy of the ad ( screen shot ) for proof of this misleading advertisement. I also printed a copy of my absolute best rates today and a borrower getting the advertised 3.75 % APR 30 year fixed rate would have to pay $6300.00 in fees + Closing Costs so the APR would be no where close to 3.75 % interest rate. I feel this advertisement is misleading customers and they are subject to a bait and switch.
