FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account New Jersey

Flagstar Bank is reporting a 30 day late payment on my credit report that is not accurate. Currently, I am seeing 30 days past due as of - 2013 which can not be true. I have disputed this account several times and see that they are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act by not reporting the account as in dispute which entitles me to $1000.00 per violation.
