GE Capital Retail Debt Collection Complaint

GE Capital Retail Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine New York

I do n't remember getting this card. They keep calling to collect an outstanding debt. They said I purchased something fro $32.00 that is now up to $170.00 because of non payment. They ca n't tell me what I purchased because it was passed on to a collection agency. Maybe somebody stole my info. Every time I think I 'm getting some where with debt collectors over the phone it hangs up. I have to pay the minimum amount do to see what was purchased.
