Regions Prepaid Card Complaint

Regions Prepaid card department,

Transit card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues Louisiana

I purchased - Regions Now cards and they were stolen and before I could report them stolen the thieves used up almost $5800.00 of the $9000.00 available. Regions has video footage of - of these perps at - of their ATMs in a hoodie and mask and it it quite evident he is of another race than I but Regions refuses to refund any of my loss.
