Sun Trust Bank allowed an employee to issue thereselvies a - debit card - we the account owners were never issued. Furthermore, the bank associates used this bogus/self generated debit card to make fradulent charges on our checking accounts while I was in the hospital due to a - that required an - The bank was informed of the fraduelent activity within days of the original charges ( my wife reported it ) but they ignored the report and failed to act and/or cancel the - debit card when requested- knowing it was being used at times - - it was extremely obviouse the charges were not typical and/or made by us! Once I reported the fradulent charges the bank begain harrassing me, never processing my claims always telling me they never recieved my cliam-why would i not turn in the claim it was FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! WHAT THE BANK DID DO IS BEGIN charging me FOR FICTISIOUS FEES AND made - up by managment for instance we were charged an exsessive withdrawal fee '' $4.00, $ - in NSF fees and/or overdraft fees - when funds were available via direct deposit! There would be no n.s.f fees if


the bank and/or they could close our accounts do to non-sifficent funds- managment tried to stress me out even after i contacted them in writing asking them not to due to my health! I was put back in the hospital several times due to them and the stress they brought on me all put into play to insure we not follow through with our fraude claim since the bank managment was the one who made the bad charges! The bank block our accounts, not allowing us to withdrawl and funds after learning i went back to the hospital after talking with them - they held our d.p/pay checks which was our entire income ..all the money we had to live on in addition to all the money that had taken while i was in the hospital due to my heart attach. Forthermore the bank would place our accounts in a pending closed '' status until our direct deposit posted each week, once our pay posted the bank re-opened our account just long enough to pay off all their N.S.F and other made up fees! The bank took our entire paycheck 6 weeks in a row, in addition to all the money that was charged on the - debit card issues while i was fighting for my life in the hospital - we were never n.s.f they caused us to be in the RED!! d The bank never put our money back into our account ; NOT EVEN temparaly once they knew the charges were fradulent, infact they allowed our account to go n.s.f based on the money taken and continued to rack up n.s.f fees on n.s.f fees - they took over $8500.00 in bogus fees, n.s.f, fraudulent charges made with a debit card they issues and made it impossiable for us to fight back - bankrupting us leaving us penniless and with no where to turn until i found this sight!
