I was contacted by garrettson financial services and was informed that i was being sued by u.s. bank for overdraft fees from 5 years prior. This call was the first time i have heard anything about overdraft fees or a lawsuit. - - demands i pay the settlement with a down payment that is due within 24 hours or i will have my assets seized and my wages and taxes garnished for 10 years.
