On -/-/15 I sent a MoneyGram '' transfer, I then cancelled the transfer a few hours later. I called MoneyGram to find out how long it would take to see the money back in my checking account and was told - days. I have called them back 3 times since then and each time I call I am transferred at least - times and promised I would see the money in a few days each time. It has now been - days since the transaction was made. Their website states they issue refunds in - business days. I called again today and after being transferred - times and on the phone for an hour and a half and I was told to wait an additional - days. No one there wants to help, no one knows why it is taking so long and everyone says to wait a few days just to get us off the phone. Can you please help me in receiving my refund.
