JPMorgan Chase Debt collection department,

Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Illinois

I have filed for Bankruptcy- and did what my lawyer said to let them know, since I told them I get called no stop all day and night from - - and Chase- Starts at - and goes on all day. Even on Sunday When i do talk to them they said we can work out a payment plan but I tell them I have no job and no money thats why Im filing-then they tell me you can be put in jail and loose all rights, its got me so upset,
