Concord Resolutions claims I owe on a payday loan from 2012. I never in my life took out a payday loan and they are calling my cell, which I blocked and signed up for the do not call registry. Also, now they are contacting place of business. They do not stop, and somehow know my last - of my SS #, my address, the last - of my old bank account #, and went as far as saying my sisters name. They have never sent me anything in the mail regarding a debt even when I asked them to. I also told them to email me, which they have my email address somehow as well, but have never emailed me a thing.
