Someone has been impersonating me and stole my personal information and identity and open up a fraudulent U.S. Bank - - credit card account # : -. This account is fraudulent and do not belong to me. I have attached supporting documentation which includes my incarceration date. I was incarcerated from -/-/- to -/-/-. Based on the documentation provided, I 'm not liable for the account.
