Incorrect information on credit report Account status Florida
I have paid off the debt to Procollect on -/-/15 which was a debt in the amount of $440.00 + $7.00 ( procollect fee ) = $440.00 for - - -. I paid the account off through - - - who also charged a fee of $5.00, which will be shown on the attached receipt. I have spoken to Procollect about removing the item from my credit and was told it will be removed but the debt still continues to report as unpaid.
