Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Delaware

I have medical bills from services that were supposed to be charged to my medical insurance. I have - which obviously means I am a person of low income and can not afford to pay for medical treatment on my own. I need to have these collectors submit these bills to my insurance company. Which was never done by the original biller.
