Trying to settle with Conserve who was outsourced by - which is the company that deals with financial accounts for - online. I do owe - to the school. I lost my job and could not pay. I now am trying to pay and spoke to Conserve about a settlement. I will pay - plus some fee, but not -. Which they are trying to collect and not even negotiate. Even - was trying to reach out because they do n't understand. I asked conserve where this excess fees came from, and they just said that they can tack on anything.
