A debt collection company which appears to be located in -, ND has been calling my residence several times over the last 6 months looking for a party who has n't lived here in 10 years. I 've advised them as such and they allege they 'll put me on the no-call, bad-number list, but they continue to call in spite of their hollow promises. Their number is -.
