GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
My wife opened a TJMax credit card sometime -/-/2012 in order to save 10 % on our purchase goods., so we open the card at a 12.24 % rate on - of 2012 they sold their credit company to a new bank called Synchrony Bank after that they jump our rate to - $ %! I just call in and ask what my options were and they said that they did that to all customers Acc. I ask what they could do to lower my rate back, and said their was nothing they could do! Please help me to get my rate back to what we agreed upon or some form of help!
