Budget Control Services, Inc. Debt collection department,

Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Colorado

BCS got my check -/-/14 and cashed it -/-/14. They continue to say they did not get this account until -/-/14 which is completely untrue! how would I have their info in - to mail them the check! They are Fraudulently saying that the bill was not paid. I have the cancelled check! This is FRAUD! They are - billing me and threatening my credit!!
