Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Massachusetts

These bank 's I have done business in the past and they refuse to open an accountwith me because td is now showing overdrafts fee 's in which they charge in excess. They have reported me to the - in which I want my name removed. I feel im entitled to have a bank account without this hassle. I owe no fees 's with Citizens or - - -.
