Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Minnesota
A U.S. Bank Visa credit card account was opened in my name by someone else who is impersonating me and stole my personal information and identity to apply for and opened the following U.S. Bank Visa credit card account : - in my name. This is a fraudulent account opened by someone else who stole my identity. At the time the credit card account was opened, I was incarcerated from -/-/- to -/-/-. I have attached supporting documentation. This credit card do not belong to me.
