I currently have - car notes with Huntington bank. On - - my payment was due and mailed in in a timely manner as to not be late. The check was stamped and addressed but did not clear my account until late - which put me past 30 days late. I feel this is unfair as I gave ample time for my check to arrive. I have a good credit rating beside this and the negative rating is greatly affecting me and my wife 's ability to do a refinance. our payment was clearly sent way in advance of the due date and should not be reflected as 30 days past due.
