I believe the debt not to be mine as the apartment manager claimed I could move out and as long as they re-rented the apartment there would no problem. I know they quickly re-rented it. Yet they are trying to collect $3000.00 on damages? How do they come up with that number. They say after insurance I owe $750.00. Plus a - collection for $3900.00. Its all fee 's. I was medically ordered to move from the location, I have a doctors note as well as my personal statement attached.
