Payday loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Florida

The debt company has been calling me for the last few weeks. So on -/-/- at - I called the number ( - ) and they are telling me that in -/-/- - there was a payday loan taken out in my name. They had my bank name but not the right acct. number and my S.S. #. They would not tell me who singed for the loan or how much it was for. I have never taken out a payday loan. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
