I transferred cell phone service from one provider to another. The new provider was to reimburse the money and can pay the outstanding balance to the previous provider. I made payment arrangements with - and was paying the arrangements. After I made my last payment to -, I started to get calls consistently from Diversified Consultants -. They were rude, I explained to them I had no debt and had pay - off. They told me I was lying and the debt needed to be paid. I even called - and asked them to make this collection agency stop calling me.
