I am having a problem with my bank returning funds which were released to the wrong party. I made payments and they were not received by the intended party yet released and not credited back to me when this was brought to the attention of the bank. I furnished all the detail requested of me to the bank. I have yet to have anyone at the bank reach out to let me know what the status of this investigation is. I have e-mailed at least - times, and telephoned repeatedly to only be told this is going to take more time. The first date the bank made a formal notation was - -, 2015. I had been inquiring about my money prior to this and finally the put my case with their dispute dept. After that I was required to provide check # s, copies, and amounts. From -, 2015 until today I have no idea where this case is or what happened to my money or when I will have it returned to me. I could understand some time but I seems that nothing is being done at all. What ever happened to bank security. I really appreciate any help I can get in a resolution to this problem.
