Wells Fargo Credit card department,
Without my permission, Wells Fargo took money from my bank account to pay for a new purchase on my Wells Fargo Credit Card. I did not authorize a new payment schedule for this new purchase and Wells Fargo took it upon themselves to draft money from my bank account.
