CTI is using unethical practices in collection for the US Dept of Edcuation. I have sent several rehab payment agreements for my student loan. Every other three or four months I 'm being called to state that they never got my paperwork and that I put myself on a payment program when I have faxed several times over all the requested information from this office. As of -/-/15 I was told that they never received my paperwork and now being told I have to pay more than what was agreed upon. They are the worse at this and I ca n't believe that the federal government has allowed this agency to use and collect for them.
