Charged bank acct wrong day or amt Illinois
The cash store in - IL over drafted my bank account $300.00. Their so called collection agency - - - called me and wanted me to set up a payment plan. I looked up my credit report and they are not on there. I think they are a false company and would like them to stop harassing me. I want my $300.00 back and be able to set up an actual payment plan with a legit collection agency.
