my wife and I, have an account ( credit card ) with Lowes, we purchased a Refrigerator almost two years, we are making payments. payments are schedule on the - of every month. on - - I sent my payment online using their website, two days later I went online and checked my balance and I notice they had charged my $38.00 late fee. I called them to fine out why they charged me late fees and the reason I was told is that the payment was posted the following day.
