I received a phone call at my place of employment from a man stating he was pressing criminal charges on behalf of a payday loan that was not satisfied 3 years ago. I asked that he not contact me at my place of employment and asked for a number to call him back. I promptly called back to find out what the issue was. The man stated that I was a criminal that defrauded a payday loan company and that I was being charged. I stated that I have n't received any sort of information regarding the debt and did n't know what he was talking about. He went on the call me a 'piece of - ' who was criminally taking out loans and defrauding companies. He continued to yell and verbally abuse me and accuse me of criminal activities I did not commit. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor.
