HSA Bank- - - -, - - -, WI - -On - -, 2015, I received a notice that my account had been inactive for - years and it was going to be closed. During this time I had made multiple calls regarding the account, have accessed my account online, and on -/-/15 transferred $2000.00 from my investment account into my cash account. Also I was unable to reset my password to access my account and the answer to the question of my father 's middle name was deemed incorrect once I was able to reset my password with telephone help from the bank. Something is not right and should be investigated. - -
